Troubleshooting

Common issues and their solutions:

Upload Problems

Error: "File too large"

Solution: Your image exceeds the 16MB limit. Try compressing it first or use a smaller image.

Error: "Unsupported format"

Solution: Convert your image to JPG, PNG, or WebP format first.

Credit Issues

Problem: "Insufficient credits"

Solution: Purchase more credits from the Billing page. Your balance is shown in the navigation bar.

Problem: Credits not updating

Solution: Refresh the page or check the Billing page. Webhook processing may take a few seconds.

Processing Errors

Solutions:

• Try a smaller image
• Check your internet connection
• Disable browser extensions that may block requests
• Try a different browser

Error: "Request timeout"

Solution: The image is taking too long to process. Try with a smaller file or simpler operation.

Account Issues

Problem: Can't access premium tools

Solution: Make sure you're logged in and have sufficient credits. Free tools are Resize and Convert only.

Problem: Redirected to login page

Solution: This tool requires authentication. Sign up or log in to continue.

Some tools (Resize, Convert) are completely free. Premium tools require credits, which can be purchased in packs starting from ₹99 for 50 credits.

Do I need to create an account?

You can use free tools without an account. An account is required for premium tools to track your credit balance.

Is my data safe?

Yes! Images are processed securely and automatically deleted. We don't store your images or personal data beyond what's necessary for account management.

Credits & Billing

Do credits expire?

No, credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Check our refund policy in the footer or contact support.

What happens if a tool fails?

If a tool fails to process your image, credits are not deducted. Only successful operations consume credits.

Technical

Can I use ImgCraft on mobile?

Yes! ImgCraft is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices. You can even install it as a PWA for a native app-like experience.

Does ImgCraft work offline?

The PWA version caches the interface for offline browsing, but image processing requires an internet connection to our servers.

Can I process multiple images at once?

Currently, images must be processed one at a time. Batch processing may be added in future updates.
